RIT DYE-Put in a spray bottle and spray or sticky as hard WONT LV Spary Paint .. You can get in grocery stores too .. WALMART OR LOCAL

I seconds the RIT dye, but I want to soak in a bathtub. My sister soaked mini-blinds cleaned in the plastic tub, and no damage to either mechinisms open and close. I would like a test before they are all ...
Here is a proposal, fabric, where I go cheap, you choose something you like on a cotton - polyester. (My place is Walmart.) Buy to a couple of spray. Add a new fabric to cover the former.
Another inexpensive way to do so. Spray paint. I'm not kidding. My mother sprayed paint all types of fabrics. It's a bit cheesy, but the color change at this time. And you said it will dispose of them as soon as you can afford better. In addition to painting the room darkening blinds properties.
